Terms and conditions

  •  Delivery Policy: All video products are available on any web-enabled device. You may access your products via the browser or the Simplero mobile app 
  •  Return Policy Video Courses: You can request a refund for any video product purchased within 3 days. Send request here: Email Us.  All access to digital purchases will be removed once/if a refund request is approved. 
  •  Return Policy Live/Virtual Courses: Because of the extensive time, effort, preparation, and care that goes into creating and providing the Live/Virtual courses and coaching, unless otherwise provided by law, we have a no refund policy.
  •  Refund Fees: Any refund approved will be processed within 7 business days. Please note that any merchant fees, charged by the processor, will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • Privacy Policy: All one-on-one sessions are kept confidential by the coach except with express permission to share. Group sessions are recorded and available for live and future attendees, and recordings are owned by Stephanie Galindo Coaching, LLC. Any information you share will be used at our discretion.
